







In 2018, Macquarie Bank embarked on the launch of their pioneering 100% Digital Bank in Australia, needing the formation of a Beta user group to rigorously test their innovative product. As a member of the R/GA Sydney team, my role primarily entailed designing the user interface in collaboration with a user experience designer, copywriter, and creative director. To fulfill this objective, we developed a dedicated micro-site that allowed clients to enroll for early access and actively contribute to the bank by providing continuous feedback over an 8-week period. The process began with an exhaustive analysis to discern the client's requirements and identify the most optimal approach for launching the new bank. This was followed by brainstorming sessions and workshops with client and crafting a comprehensive user journey. My role: Designer / Art Director: Christian Hewett / Design Director: Ben Spooner
